DX51D is a hot-dip galvanized steel plate mainly used in fields such as construction, household appliances, transportation, mechanical manufacturing, and power equipment. After its surface is galvanized, it has excellent corrosion resistance, which can effectively prevent oxidation and corrosion on the surface of the steel plate, thus having a longer service life. In addition, it also has excellent processability, which can meet various requirements for cold processing, hot processing, forming processing, etc. In terms of mechanical properties, DX51D has high strength, good toughness, and good mechanical properties such as tensile, compressive, and bending resistance. In terms of appearance, the surface of DX51D is smooth, even, and has a uniform color.

Its main component is low-carbon steel, providing excellent welding performance and coating adhesion. However, its cost is high and the galvanized layer is thin, so it is prone to cracking and falling off of the zinc layer when used in harsh environments.
