SGCC is actually hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, also known as GI (Japanese standard hot-dip galvanized steel sheet). The manufacturing process of hot-dip galvanized steel plate involves immersing the cleaned iron parts into a zinc bath, and through the wetting effect of Flux, the steel reacts with molten zinc to form an alloy film.
The main characteristics of this material are strong rust prevention and weather resistance, and the anti-corrosion effect in general environments can reach 30-50 years. In addition, the hot-dip galvanized thin steel plate has a beautiful appearance and is easy to process. Due to its excellent corrosion resistance and other characteristics, SGCC has a wide range of applications, commonly used in the manufacturing of small household appliances and other sheet metal applications with generally high corrosion resistance.
